About InClub
InClub is a brand-new application that enables influencers to manage their partnership with Boyner easily and efficiently. The platform allows influencers to select products within Boyner’s campaign framework, curate personalized collections, and generate unique links for these products—earning revenue through their shares.

My Role & Contributions
I worked across the full design journey—research, UX, UI, and writing. I redesigned key flows to make campaign participation and collection creation seamless, optimized the interface for clarity and consistency, and introduced human-centered microcopy.
Collaborating closely with the software and operations teams, I turned insights into actionable design solutions, ensuring influencers could use Inclub with confidence while Boyner managed partnerships more efficiently.
Business Problem / Pain Points
Inclub aimed to create a smooth and scalable way for influencers to collaborate with Boyner, but several issues stood in the way:
Complicated campaign flows slowed down influencer participation.
Inconsistent UI and navigation reduced trust and usability.
Lack of clarity in copy left influencers unsure about next steps.
Operational inefficiencies made it harder for Boyner’s teams to manage campaigns effectively.
These challenges highlighted the need for a more intuitive, consistent, and efficient product experience that could support both influencers and the business.

Context & Challenges
Inclub by Boyner was created to streamline how influencers collaborate with the brand, offering them a dedicated platform to manage partnerships, select campaign-based products, curate collections, and generate affiliate links for revenue. The goal was to make the influencer–brand relationship more efficient, transparent, and rewarding.
However, building a seamless experience came with challenges:
Unclear flows made it difficult for influencers to quickly understand how to join campaigns or create collections.
UI inconsistencies across components affected the platform’s visual harmony and professional feel.
Navigation hurdles caused confusion, especially for new users exploring the app for the first time.
Operational complexity meant that both the influencer side and Boyner’s internal teams needed more efficient tools and workflows.
These challenges defined the areas where my design work could bring the most impact, guiding the improvements in usability, visual design, and overall user experience.

Process / My Approach
To tackle Inclub’s challenges, I followed a structured yet flexible design process, ensuring that every step connected user needs with business goals:
Research & Discovery
Analyzed influencer workflows and platform usage.
Collected insights from internal teams (operations, software, marketing) to understand technical and organizational needs.
Problem Definition
Mapped the existing user journeys and identified friction points such as unclear navigation, repetitive tasks, and inconsistent UI elements.
Prioritized the most critical issues that blocked influencers from smoothly participating in campaigns.
Ideation & UX Design
Created new experience flows to simplify campaign participation, collection creation, and link generation.
Developed wireframes and interaction models to validate solutions before moving into high-fidelity design.
UI Design & Optimization
Refined the interface with consistent typography, color, and component usage.
Optimized layouts for clarity and ease of use, reducing cognitive load for first-time users.
Collaboration with Product Management and Software Team
Worked in close alignment with developers to ensure designs were feasible and scalable.
Iterated quickly based on technical feedback, minimizing handoff friction.
UX Writing & Design Assets
Crafted clear and human-centered microcopy to make actions and flows easy to understand.
Produced design materials (icons, visuals, and components) whenever necessary to support implementation.
Through this iterative process, I was able to transform Inclub into a more intuitive, visually consistent, and impactful platform for both influencers and Boyner’s internal teams.
